We are two friendly, clean, considerate girls in our mid-twenties working in Woking and Guildford. We're nice, and we're fun (if we do say so ourselves!), and we like to chill out of an evening with a nice cuppa (or something stronger if its not been a good day - or even, a very good day!)

We are looking for a third housemate to move in with us in our house in Woking. We've worked out your COSTS WOULD BE £350 MAX. INCLUSIVE OF ALL BILLS. The house is really cool - lovely, and modern (double glazing, combi boiler etc, large bathroom upstairs and 2nd toilet downstairs) - short walk from the town centre (10 mins)/station (15 mins) so things are easily accessible. Its off a wide, safe road, in the nice part of town! There's a park off the road opposite, and some shops down the main road (inc. pizza hut and blockbusters - great for nights in with a glass of wine etc!)

All the rooms are a good size, and even though we've bagged the big ones, the small one is still big enough to fit a single bed and other furniture (I guess you could get a double bed in there, but not much else!). We've only put it on at £250 as it's the smallest room, and we want a really great person to share with us! Its unfurnished but we've got the furniture for the rest of the house already covered! But if you've got your own house stuff, then, the more the merrier!
