I have a 2 bed flat with a room to let for 1 other person, available around March 1st.
The flat is close to the Telford college area (EH5) and has supermarkets near by including Morrisons, Lidl, and Asda. The area is well serviced by local buses to the city centre which takes on average 15 minutes to the west end.
The flat itself is fairly small although well maintained, currently undergoing decoration, and has a washing machine, usual kitchen appliances, Virginmedia TV and broadband. The rent is £300 pcm payable in advance.
Ideally i am looking for someone fairly sociable, considerate, and who wants a quiet chilled out place to live!!
