It is a 2 storey house with 4 dbl bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and split level dining room, big living room,a large garden, wine cellar and a shared courtyard. it is located on gloucester lane (west new town about a 5-7 min walk to princes street) and is £320 p/m.We are very lively people and enjoy an active social life (although will study when necessary!). We are looking for a housemate who will be part of the group, not just a random person who lives with us
