hi, we're kate and emma. we're both 19 and going into our second year at birmingham university, one social policy student and one medic. we're both very easy going girls who like to go out and have fun like most students but we also get our heads down and work when we need to!
we have a four bedroom house on hubbert road in selly oak with two left to fill. we're a 15 minute walk from birmingham university and there is easy access to selly oak train station and a number of bus routes. the house really is very nice and has been done up in the last two years. there is also road side parking right outside the house if you have a car.
rent is £62 a week and is paid monthly but for the smaller room in the house it will be less. the rent includes water. the lease starts on 18/06/06 so you can move in pretty much straight away!
